• Trafficking – Any content or behavior facilitating the trafficking of minors
• Any other content that endangers, exploits, or harms children

Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

Response Time: All child safety reports are treated as high priority and are reviewed within 24 hours. Urgent cases involving imminent danger are escalated immediately.

5. Content Moderation

Circle employs multiple layers of content moderation to detect and prevent CSAE:

• Automated Detection: AI-powered systems that scan for CSAM and flag suspicious content
• Keyword Filtering: Automated detection of terms associated with child exploitation
• Human Review: Trained content moderators who review flagged content and reports
• Hash Matching: Technology to identify known CSAM using industry databases

6. Age Restrictions

Circle is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We implement the following measures to enforce age restrictions:
